Is Your Property Management Website Holding You Back?

Recently one of our now-clients in Tampa, FL came to us because they were looking to generate more property owner leads but their old website / marketing company wasn’t able to achieve our client’s goal of 50-60 owner leads per month.

What I’ve learned throughout the years is that sometimes the goals of property managers aren’t realistic for their target area…

So before we take on new clients, I always research their market to ensure that their growth goals align with the rental demand in their area.

Tampa is a very active rental area and our client’s goals checked out with the demand in their area.

Their previous website / marketing company wasn’t happy that that their client was leaving to go to us…

How do I know that?

Because they transferred our client’s website to us in shambles!

The website contact forms weren’t working, pages were broken throughout the site and a list of other items needed to be fixed.

It took us about 4 weeks to fix but…

Here’s what happened…

Before we took over, in January they received 11 leads from their old website / marketing company…

When we re-launched their website, they received 9 owner leads within the first 9 days of February and they’ve been averaging about 1 lead per day since then.

Our client was excited about the results but very curious about how this was happening so quickly.

Watch this video to hear what I told him…
